Ralph Armijo, Director and Chief Executive Officer
Ralph Armijo brings over twenty years of experience in the technology industry to AegisUSA. Prior to establishing AegisUSA, Ralph served
as the Chairman of the Board of Navidec and the President of Navidec Technology. which he founded in 1993. At Navidec he raised in excess
of 65 million in capital through several public offerings and private placements. Ralph was also the creator of the wholly owned subsidiary,
DriveOff.com, which was ultimately sold to Microsoft. Ralph has served as a Director on multiple corporate boards including: Navidec, Inc.;
DriveOff.Com; YourAutoChoice.Com,(an Avis Europe/Navidec joint venture) and VSI Holding Inc.
Ralph brings a wealth of knowledge to AegisUSA from previous employers, such as Tektronix, Inc. where he served in various management roles
for twelve years and at IBM Corporation in executive sales and marketing positions.
Ralph received his BA in Economics from Colorado College, an MBA from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) and an Honorary
Doctorate Degree from Colorado College. In 2001, Ralph was recognized by Ernst and Young as the Rocky Mountain Region Entrepreneur of the
Year Award in Technology Services. He has also been named as one of The Top 100 Most Influential Hispanic Leaders by The Hispanic Magazine.
Bob Lamvik, Director and Chief Operating Officer
Bob Lamvik runs daily operations at Aegis with critical concern for customer success assurance, employee morale and effectiveness,
and long-term growth. He has also been a member of the Aegis Board since 2004.
As a former Sun Microsytem's Vice President, he has many years of experience in Identity Management, with particular attention to
software licensing and professional services, and has a keen sense of solution requirements for corporate enterprise, government, and
education markets. He has also held executive positions with The Santa Cruz Operation (SCO), AMD, and Embarcadero Technologies.
Bob holds a BS in Computer Science from Oregon State University, and has completed the Executive Finance Program at Stanford University.
He is a private pilot, avid golfer, and has over completed over 3 million air miles during his professional career.
Janet Yarbrough, Director of Business Development and Channel Strategy Mrs. Yarbrough has held several positions with AegisUSA since its inception in 2004 and is currently the Director of Business Development and Channel Management. Prior to joining AegisUSA, Mrs. Yarbrough served in executive sales, sales management and sales program development roles for organizations such as Digital Equipment Corporation, Sequent Computer Systems and American Management Systems. Mrs. Yarbrough has a BS in Biology from Colorado State University and a MA in Management and Organization Development from the University of Phoenix.
Chad Rabideau, Principal Consultant and Product Manager Mr. Rabideau is the Principal Consultant and Product Manager for AegisUSA. Prior to joining AegisUSA, he was a consultant, systems engineer, systems architect, and project manager while working at Burton Group, Lockheed Martin, and Georgia Pacific. Mr. Rabideau received a Master of Science degree in Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, both from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
