IAM Software User Training

We will train your staff in order to insure you're using your IAM Software to its fullest potential.

All AegisUSA clients have the choice of several training options. Training can be offered on location or at our Denver Development Center. All training packages are customized based on clients’ needs and long term objectives.

IAM Solution Ongoing Support

Ongoing support is offered to clients following implementation. The various support agreements can include: maintenance of the client’s current AegisUSA integrated identity management solution system software version control (as installed) or integration of new releases of identity software version upgrades into existing identity architecture. 

Version Upgrades:  As new software versions are released, AegisUSA can work with the client to ensure a seamless upgrade that includes all of the new features and benefits of the product. A choice of periodic scheduled upgrades or one-time upgrade agreements are offered.
