Identity Solution Assessment
The first steps to a successful Identity Management Solution are identifying the needs and requirements of the institution and then developing an implementation plan.
Assessment Services
Assessment Services are an integral part of all identity management projects. At the earliest point in the process each participant in the project needs to fully define the motivations, objectives and requirements in order to ensure a mutually successful outcome. Our methodology includes a complete review of the clients existing environment, information gathering to understand the motivation and needs of the organization and a recommended course of action (including an actionable IAM project roadmap; a directed multi-phase approach, if necessary; and a preliminary estimate of the time and cost of the project).
Requirements Analysis
Requirements Analysis is often the next step in a strategic integration project. This detailed study assists our clients in setting realistic objectives, reviewing alternatives and determining appropriate actions. An inclusive requirements analysis could consist of a detailed study of existing processes, workflows and systems; a comparison with industry best practices and recommendations for change; a thorough analysis of vulnerabilities, exposures, and inadequacies in current compliance requirements and a detailed statement of work (SOW) indicating each step of every phase with appropriate check points and sign-offs for a phased integration project.
Design Analysis
Design Analysis specifies the strategy to implement the best-fit architecture using the most efficient means. The design is determined, capabilities are evaluated, and the solution is finalized into the Design & Build Specification. The strategy for implementing, testing, deploying, and controlling the design components are also determined. During the design phase, a further decomposition of the Architecture Specification is performed, and high-level specifications are translated into detailed descriptions of the system, structure, components, interfaces, processes and data necessary to implement the solution. The Design & Build Specifications details “how” the product shall interface with Managed Resources.
