Provisioning Appliance for the Google Apps™ Service

The Google Apps™ service provides a compelling offer for businesses, universities, schools, and other organizations to outsource collaboration tools including email, calendar and team sites for low- or no-cost.  The Aegis Provisioning Appliance for Google Apps provides Google’s customers with the infrastructure needed to automatically add, modify, and delete Google Apps accounts by expanding our client’s existing directory services and provisioning infrastructure.

One area that must be addressed prior to migrating to Google Apps is ‘How will we manage Google accounts?’. The Aegis Appliance provides a full set of account management tools through real-time secure interfaces to Google Apps. These tools include:

The Aegis Provisioning Appliance for Google Apps™ can be combined with the either Aegis Password Management Appliance  or the Aegis Single Sign-On (SSO) Appliance  to provide users with a seamless login experience to their new Google accounts through either synchronization of passwords to Google, or web-based SSO.
