AegisUSA has developed a methodology focused on Identity and Access Management for clients of all sizes. The solution is a framework to evaluate the current IAM infrastructure, plan the roadmap for IAM improvements, and implement the technologies that best meet the identity management challenge. Our methodology combines four major areas: Process, Technology, Organization, and Business Benefit/Measurement.

Phased Approach

During a typical assessment, AegisUSA will lead you through three major phases, Examine, Direct, and Plan. Each phase is a prerequisite to the next. Our consulting experience allows us to focus on the business drivers and technical challenges specific to your business, while also bringing years of corporate IAM and IT security experience.

Experience

AegisUSA's broad consultant background provides IAM experience from both customer and vendor viewpoints. AegisUSA has consultants certified on many IAM products, including Microsoft ILM/Forefront, Sun Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, Symplified SSO, Shibboleth, and Aegis's TridentHE Identity and Access Management suite. We have experience in the creation of RFP documents for IAM as well as responding to RFP's as a vendor. AegisUSA has been involved in vendor selection projects in diverse business areas such as Education, Retail, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Insurance Services.
