John (Jack) Pogge
Jack served most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer of CSG International, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced billing, customer care and print and mail solutions and services supporting the North American convergent broadband and Direct Broadcast Satellite markets. In 2005 CSG had over $377 million in revenue and profits. He recently retired after nine years of service to CSG. Prior to joining CSG he served in executive positions with US West where he was Chief Counsel, Mergers and Acquisitions and Vice President, Corporate Development. Jack was Vice President and General Counsel for Applied Communications, Inc. for five years before joining US West. He began his career practicing law. Jack received a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from the University of Houston in 1975 and a Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 1978.
Jack Pottle
Jack was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Fibernet, a competitive local exchange telephone company. Fibernet was successfully sold to One Communications in 2006. Prior to Fibernet, Jack was President and Chief Operating Officer, Fanch Communications, Inc., cable television operating company, which was successfully sold to Charter Communications in 1999. From 1988 until 1994 Jack held the position of Vice President of Operations for Rifkin & Associates, a cable television operating company. Prior to 1988 Jack was a Partner and Director of Browne, Bortz and Coddington, Inc. a telecommunications research and consulting firm specializing in media and telecommunications research. He is a member of several Corporate Boards, the Board of Trustees of Colorado College and the Young Americans Bank. Jack received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Colorado College in 1977 and a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Colorado in 1980.
Bob Lamvik
Bob Lamvik’s role with the AegisUSA board is based upon 30 years experience in high technology leadership with a keen sense of solution requirements for corporate enterprise, government, and education markets. His 8 years with Sun Microsystems as Americas VP of Field Operations for SunONE Software is of particular value to the AegisUSA strategy. A proven industry veteran, Bob is currently the COO of SAI Corportation, a SaaS provider serving the telco segment of enterprise accounts. Bob holds a BS in Computer Science from Oregon State University, and has completed the Executive Finance Coursework at Stanford University. He has also held executive and management positions with Embarcadero Technologies, AMD, SCO, and Okidata Corporation.
Paul V. Reilly
Paul joined Compass Capital Partners, the premier investment banking firm specializing in the printing industry, in September of 2005. Founded in 1980, Compass has in the last five years completed over 120 transactions with consideration totaling over $3.5 billion. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of Board of Cenveo, Inc., one of North America’s leading printing firms. During his ten years at Cenveo, the firm grew from $17 million to almost $2 billion in sales with more than 10,000 employees and 86 plants, and numerous sales offices throughout North America. The company grew rapidly through acquisitions, completing some 60 acquisitions and numerous capital raisings and created over 17% CAGR in shareholder returns. Under Paul’s leadership, Cenveo was voted second place in the printing and publishing category as Fortune Magazine's Most Admired Companies of 2004 and ranked number ten of the Russell 3000 companies on Corporate Governance Quotients by Institutional Shareholder Services. Mr. Reilly is also a member of several corporate boards and foundations.
